An Ordinance to amend the Magistrates Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Magistrates (Amendment) Short talk. Ordinance 1979.

2. Section 35 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amcadrepok of subsection (9.

The principal Ordinance is amoaded by adding after section 35 Addition of the following section--
