Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amend- Short due and ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1979 and shall be deemed to have come into detaceonent. operation on the 2nd January 1979.
2 Section 28(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in para- Amendment t graph (a) of the proviso by deleting "5" and substituting the following-stion 28.
