An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Airport (Control of Obstructions)
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
af the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Airport (Control akon ude.
of Obstructions) (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.
Section 201) of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition Amendment of

3. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(0) in subsection (1)3) by deleting "above principal datum—which expression shall have the same meaning is in the First Schedule to the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance"; and
(5) by adding, after subsection (3), the following subsection-
"(4) The Director of Civil Aviation may, by notice in writing, grant-
(a) for a period not exceeding 2 months which may be extended for such further periods of 2 months as be thinks fit; and
