the "Rules, Policy and Organization" of The Girl Guides Association for the time being in force" and substituting the following--

"Girl Guide Movement as incorporated by the founder, the lake Licut.-General Lord Baden-Powell, G.CV.O, KCB. FROS D.C.L. LL.D., and embodied in bis book "Girl Guiding"""

16. (1) The corporation called the Hong Kong Girl Guides Asso ciation is for all purposes the successor of the corporation called The Gid Guides Association (Hong Kong Branch) (in this section referred to as "the dissolved corporation").

(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1)—

(a) all immovable property vested in or held for or on behalf of the i

dissolved corporation immediately before the commencement d. this Ordinance is as from that date vested in or held for and on. behalf of the Association by virtue of this section and withou any further assurance for the residue of the term of years created by the respective Crown Leases subject to the covenants copy ditions and other provisions contained to the said Crown Leastkę (b) any other property right or privilege vested in or held for of on behalf of the dissolved corporation at the commencement of, this Ordinance is as from that date vested in or held for or oth behalf of the Association by virtue of this section and without! further assurance on the terms and conditions, if any, on which "|| the same was vested or held at that date,

(c) all obligations and liabilities of the dissolved corporation immediately before the commencement of this Ordinance are #1 from that date the obligations and liabilities of the Association: (4) All badges tokens and emblems adopted by The Girl Guïder Association remaining in use on the date of the commenéemont of this Ordinance shall be deemed to have been specifically adopted by the Association; and

(e) all members of The Girl Guides Association (Hong Kong Brauch) at the commencement of this Ordinance shall be members of the Association and all matters pertaining to membership thereafter aball be settled in accordance with the Constitution.
