Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Federation of Hong Kong Shurt this. Industries (Amendment) Ordinance 1978,
2. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Acadent of after paragraph (e) the following-
"(ed) operate certification and marking schemes, and apply for certification trade marks under the Trade Marks Orduance, for goods which are produced, processed or manufactured in Hong Kong;".
