An Ordinance to amend the Land Registration Ordinance.
[12th May, 1978]
Epacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Registration (Amend- Shor Ulle ment) Ordinance 1978.
2. Section 3(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "All" and substituting the following-

3. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of
