An Ordinance to amend the Crimes Ordinance and to make incidental amendments to the Criminal Procedure Ordinance and the Magistrates Ordinances

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crimes (Amendment) (No. 2) Smart tile, Ordinance 1978.

Section 117(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended-
AmendmeoL of #ectlog 117.
(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of the definition of "owner" (C«s, 2000)
and substituting a semicolon; and
(6) by inserting after the definition of "owner", the following
definition-

"11976 tz, "rape offence" means any of the following, namely, rape, attempted rape, aiding, abolting, counselling or procuring rape or attempted rape, and incitement to 'rape.".
