An Ordinance to amend the Bank Notes Issue Ordinance to remove the time limit upon the issue of notes, and to make a consequential omendment

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. The Ordinance may be cited as the Bank Notes Issue (Amend- Som due. ment) Ordinance 1978,
2. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.
