5. Section 301) of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after paragraph (g) the following paragrapha-
"Lea) the control of access by vehicles to, and the regulation of parking
of vehicles on, restricted roads;
(g) the control of the user of car parks and parking places and other
mallers relating thereto;
(gc) the erection, with the approval of the Commissioner for Transport and the Director of Public Works, of road barriers and signs on restricted roads;
(gd) the impounding and removal of vehicles, the storage of such
vehicles, and prescribing charges therefor".
