An Ordinance to amend the Marine Fish (Marketing) Ordinance,
[17th February, 1978)
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Marine Fish (Marketing) Short vide. (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.
2. The long title of the principal Ordinance la amended by inserting Actendndicated. after "co-operative markets” the following-

" for a scholarship fund for persons who may benefit or be connected with the marine fisheries and fish marketing industries".

3 Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsections Amcodmen of (1) and (3) by inserting, after "any manager" in each place where it occurs, the following-
"or public officer”.
4. Section 14(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "30th day of September and substituting the following-
"31st day of October".
