Schedule.
The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after the Second Schedule, the following Schedule-
“THIRD SCHEDULE
[9. 10A.]
MEDICAL EXPENSES PAYABLE BY AN EMPLOYER IN RESPECT OF AN INJURY DUE TO ACCIDENT ARISING OUT OF AND IN THE COURS OF EMPLOYMENT
1. Subject to paragraph 3, where a workman is given medical treatment as an in-patient in a hospital, the medical expenses payable by the employer we-
(a) the total amount of the medical expenses incurred in respect of
the medical treatmeal; or
(b) the total amouni at the rate of $20 for each day of say in the
hospital,
whichever total amount b the less.

Subject to paragraph 3, where a workman is given medical treat- meat other than as an in-patient in a hospital, the medical expenses payable by the employer are...
(a) the total amount of the medical expenses incurred in respect of
the medical treatment; o
(b) the total amount at the rate of $10 for each day on which medical
treatment is given,
whichever total amount is the less.
3.
Where a workman is given medical treatment on any day both as an in-patient in a hospital and other than as an in-patient in à bospital, the daily rate for the purposes of this Schedule shall be $20.".
