An Ordinance to amend the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordin-
ance and to make consequential amendments to other enactments.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance onay be cited as the Factorics and Industrial Shoot tuk, Undertakings (Amendment) Ördinance 1977.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in subsection (1)--
() in the definition of "Commissioner” by deleting "labour officer (industrial undertakings), a senior industrial health officer, an industrial bealth officer and substituting the following-
**senior industrial health officer, an industrial health officer, an industrial hygienist, a chief factory Inspector"; and Go in paragraph ( of the deflation of "industrial under- laking" by deleting "or warehouse" and substituting the following-
"warehouse or airport"; and
(iii) in the definition of "inspector" by inserting after "section 3 as*
the following—
"chief factory inspector, a";
