An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance,
[23rd December 1977)
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereaf.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Con- Short title, solidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1977.
2. Section 10(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended---
(a) by deleting "155" and substituting the following-
"200"; and
(6) by deleting "350" and substituting the following-
**500".

3. Section 58(3) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendonçal of "4" and substituting the following—
"3".

4. Where an application under section 57 of the principal Ordinance Saving. had been made before the commencement of this Ordinance but is determined under section 58 of the principal Ordinance after such com
