An Ordinance to amend the Public Health (Animals and Birda) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hang Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
f. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health (Animals and soon dike, Birds) (Amendment) Ordinance 1977.
2. Section 301) of the principal Ordinance is amouded in para Amend of graph (a) by inserting after "transhipment,” the following-
"importation, fanding and removal,”.
section 3. (Cap. 139)
3. Section 4(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "either by land or by sea" and substituting the following
section 4.
1977.
"by land, sea or air".
