Ordinances and
(i) if before the expiry of that period he applies for a licence or
permit, until the licence or permit is issued, or finally refused.
(2) A person may import into Hong Kong any agricultural pesticide without a licence or permit during a period of 6 months immediately following the commencement of this Ordinance if that agricultural pesticide" was ordered not less than 2 months before the commencement of this Ordinance.
(3) The Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance in force at the commence- ment of this Ordinance shall apply to any agricultural pesticide imported before the commencement of this Ordinance or imported under sub- section (2) if such agricultural pesticide is an agricultural poison withĩa the meaning of that Ordinance.
24. (1) The Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance is amended- (a) in section 2 by deleting the definition of "agricultural poison": (b) by repealing section 30; and
(c) by deleting the Schedule,
(2) The Pharmacy and Poisons (Agricultural Poisons) Regulations are revoked.

An Ordinance to amond the Employment Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment (Amendment) Short Bike. (No. 2) Ordinance 1977.
2. Section 310 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
Amendmaal Of *ccion 310.
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and sub- (Can, 373
stituting the following--
"a) in the case of a monthly rated employee, one-half of
his last full month's wages;
(8) in any other case, 13 days' wages based on any 13 days chosen by the employed and occurring during his last 30 normal working days.";
(8) in subsection (3) by deleting "5" and substituting the following-
