An Ordinance to amend the Money-lenders Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Money-lenders (Amendment) Short due and Ordinance 1977 and shall come into operation on à day to be appointed contactical. by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2 Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting sub- Austrident of section (1) and substituting the following-
"() The Governor in Council may by regulation provide for-
(a) the registration of money fenders, whether individuals, firms,
Bocieties or companies;
(8) the form of the register, and the particulars to be entered
therein; and
(c) the fees to be paid-
() on registration and renewal of registration under this Ordinance;
section 4.
