An Ordinance to amend the Tuvenile Offenders Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Juvenile Offenders (Amend- Short ribe, ment) Ordinance 1977.

Section 2(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended—–
Amendment of

(a) by inserting, after the definition of "child", the following new (Cap. 226.1
definition-
**"detention order" means an order of detention under section
1401)"; and
(8) by Inserting, after the definition of "place of detention", the
following new definitions-

""recall order" means an order made under section 149(1) requir- ing a child or young person to return to a place of detention; "supervision order" means an order for supervision made under
