An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation)
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant short title. (Consolidation) (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1976.
2. Section 10(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting "105" and substituting the following-
"135"'; and
(b) by deleting "250" and substituting the following-
"350".

3. Section 38(5)(8) of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amendingu all after "shall be final" the following
