An Ordinance to amend the Companies Ordinance.
[1st January, 1977)
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Short de sod (No. 2) Ordinance 1976 and shall come into operation on the 1st Januery
1977,
2. Section 178 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (a) Amendment of by deleting "$500" and substituling the following-
"$$,000"".
