An Ordinance to amend the Army Legal Services Ordinance,
[10th December, 1976)
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Army Legal Services Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1976.
2. The long 40s of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Asseadmeat ot after “Army Legal Services" the following-
Joar dille. (Cap. 286)
"and of the Royal Air Force Legal Service".
3. Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amendment of after "Army" the following-
"and Royal Air Force".
4. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following-
(CMP. 1993
"(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, any commissioned officer of the Army Legal Services or of the Royal Air Force Legal
