An Ordinance to amend the Industrial Training (Construction Industry)
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Industrial Training (Con- Short dile. struction Industry) (Amendment) Ordinance 1976.
2. Section 24 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting, Amendrocal of after subsection (1), the following new subsection-

*(IA) Subsection (1) shall not apply in respect of any construction works the estimated value of which would render those works not liable to the levy as a result of a resolution under section 22.7.
3. Section 25 of the principal Ordinance in amended by inserting. Amendment of after subsection (2), the following new subsection-
