An Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Counced thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Short tile and Services (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1976.
(2) Section 2 shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Section 12 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsec- Amcoderent of tion (1) by
(a) substituting a semicolon for the full stop at the end of para-
graph (g) and
(b) inserting after paragraph (g) the following new paragraph-
"(8) the emission of noise from any ventilating system, or any part thereof, in such a manner or at such a level as to be a nuisance.",
