An Ordinance to amend the Supreme Court Ordinance,
[9th July, 19763
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supreme Court (Auneodment) Short dile. Ordinance 1976,
2. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in subsection (3)—
(Cap. 913
() by deleting "or" at the end of paragraph (vi);
(ii) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (vi) and substituting the following
(ii) by inserting. after paragraph (vii), the following new paragraph-
"(viii) been a Director, Deputy Director or Assistant Director of Legal Aid appointed in accordance with acc- tion 3 of the Legal Aid Ordinance."; and
(6) in subsection (3) by deleting "(vii)” and substituting the follow-
