L. This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows and Orphans Pen- Shon uile. vion (Bxemption) Ordinance 1976.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Widows and Orphans Baction fro Pension (Application) Regulations, the term "officer" in the Widows and oblation to Orphans Pension Ordinance shall not apply and shall be deemed never to have applied to the parsons named in the Schedule to this Ordinance. 3. All contributions made by George Haring and Peter Anthony Refund at Surtees Wise under the Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance shall be budom, refunded to them
