An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Airport (Regulations) Ordinance.

Enaclod by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.

L This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Airport (Regula. Shọn thus tions) (Amendment) Ordinance 1976 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the Amendment of definition of "airport" and substituting the following—
""airport" means the Hong Kong International Airport and all that piece or parcel of land together with all buildings and erections thereon in Kowloon and New Kowloon within the boundarica delineated on the approved plan:",

Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amendel-
(e) in subsection (1)–
() by deleting paragraph (d) and (substituting the following- "(d) the control therein or exclusion therefrom, or prohibi- tion or restriction of access to any part thereof, of persoas, vehicles, animals and articles;";
