An Ordinance to authorize the grant of increases in widows and orphans
pensions.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows and Orphans Pension Chudor. (Tocrease) Ordinance 1976.
2. to this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- "contribution" means a contribution by an officer to the widows and
tnerpretatiod.

"Increase in pension” means an increase in the pension under this
Ordinance;
"pension" means a pension payable under the Widows and Orphans
Pension Ordinance to a widow or orphan of an officer.
3. A pension may be increased in accordance with one or more Increnne la paragraphs of the Schedule as are applicable in any particular case,
