An Ordinance to amend the Business Registration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof
L. This Ordinance may be cited as the Business Registration (Amend- Sbort 18 ment) Ordinance 1976.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(2) in subsection (1) by inserting after the definition of "Commis (Cha, 3103
sioner" the following new definition-

"place of business" includes in relation to-
(0) a company incorporated in Hong Kong under the
Companies Ordinance, ita registered office; and
(b) a company to which Part XI of the Companies Ordinance applies, the address of any person whose name has been delivered to the Registrar of Com- panies for registration under that Part:"; and
