of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Insurance Shon die (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Ordinance 1976,
(2) Sections 3 and 4 shall come into operation on the 1st June 1977.

2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance la amended by deleting Amendment of subsection (2)(a) and substituting "the following-
*(2) (0) If a person acts in contravention of this section, he shall be liable to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprison. ment for twelve months, and a person convicted of an offence under this section shall (unless the court for special reasons thinks it to order otherwise) be disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence to drive a motor vehicle for such perlod as the court may determine being not less than twelve months nor more than three years from the date of conviction.".
