Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
PART I
PRELIMINARY
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Country Parks Ordiosoce 1976 Short Ulls and and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor commKENCANGOR, by notice in the Gazerre.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- "Authority" means the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries;
"Board" means the Country Parks Board established under section 5: "country_park" mesus any area that is designated as a country park under
section 14;
"leased land" means any land which is-
(a) held under a town lease or a tenancy granted by the Crown or
any agreement for such a lease or tenancy;
