An OrdinaDCE to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation)
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council thereof.

(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant Short due and (Consolidation) (Amendment) (No. 4) Ordinance 1975.
(2) Section 16(e) shall come into operation on the 1st January 1976.
1 Section of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following-
"(1) The landlord or tenant of any premises to which this Part applies may apply to the Commissioner in the specided form for his assessment of the standard rent of such premises.";
(0) by deleting subsection (2); and
(c) in subsection (3) by deleting "under the hand of an officer of the Rating and Valuation Department not below the rank of Rating and Valuation Surveyor" and substituting the following---
"by the Commissioner",
