Amendment
(b) by deleting the provisu to subsection (2) and substituting the Tollowing new proviso→
"Provided that an appeal shall lic to the Court of Appeal in respect of any exercise by the Compulsory Service Tribunal of any of the powers of punish- ment conferred by subsection (1)a)". Section 3(4) is amended by deleting "subsection (2) of section 8 of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and substitucing the following
*section 12(2) of the Supreme Court Ordin- ance 1975".
Section 1201) is amended by deleting "under Section 38 of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and substituting the following-
"under the Supreme Court Ordinance 1975". Sections 2(1), $(1) and 12 are amended by delet- ing "under section 38 of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and substituting in each caso the following-
"under the Supreme Court Ordinance 1975".
Section 10 is amendet
(c) in paragraph_(a) by deleting "under section 12(2) of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and substituting the following-
"under section 6(1) of the Supreme Court Ordinance 1979; and
(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "under section 13A(1) of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and substituting the following —
"under section 1001) of the Supreme Court Ordinance (975",
Section 14(2) and (4) are amended by deleting in both cases "under section 18(1) of the Supreme Court Ordinance”.
Section 23(3) is amended by deleting "section 29 of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and substitut ing the following-
"section 14 of the Supreme Court Ordinance 1975".
Section 38(3) is amended by deleting "under section 38 of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and substituting the following-
"under the Supreme Court Ordinance 1975". Section 2(4) is amended by deleting "in accord- ance with section 28 of the Supreme Court Ordinance".
Section 5 is amended by deleting "under section 38 of the Supreme Court Ordinance" and sub- stituting the following—
"under the Supreme Court Ordinance 1975".

Amendment
The Schedule is amended in item in the Cup, 3903 Amendment columa-
(a) by deleting "Section 30A" and substituting
the following-
"Section 48":
(6) by deleting "subsection (4)" and substituting
the following-
"subsection (3)"; and
(c) by renumbering new subsections (5), (6), (7) and (8) as subsections (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively.
Section 28(4) is amended by deleting "section 37A (79 of 1975) of the Supreme Court Ordinance" "and substitut- ing the following-
"section 50 of the Supreme Court Ordinance 1975".
