An Ordinance to repeal the Commonwealth Preference (Motor Vehicles)
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and con-
sent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Commonwealth Preference Stret tule (Motor Vehicles) (Repeal) Ordinance 1975 and shall be deemed to have and com-
come into operation at 6,00 p.m. on 3rd December 1975.

3. Notwithstanding sections 1 and 2, section 9 of the Commonwealth off. Preference (Motor Vehicles) Ordinance shall continue in operation until the 2nd March 1976.
