An Ordinance to amend the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
(3rd October, 1975)
Enact by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amendment) Store tlak.
(No. 5) Ordinance 1975,
2. Section 26 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by inserting "and" at the end of paragraph (a)
(b) by deleting “; and" at the end of paragraph (b) and substituling
a full stop; and
(e) by deleting paragraph (c).

3. Section 26A of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced Reped) and
by the following-
