As Ordinance to amend the Multi-storey Buildings (Owners Incorporation)
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Multi-storey Buildings sport the
(Owners Incorporation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1975.
2. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2)-- Amendement of
fa) by deleting "and" at the end of paragraph (@); and
(b) by inserting after paragraph (a) the following new paragraph-
"(oo) the corporation shall have, and be deemed always to have had, the power to hold an undivided share in the building, together with the right to the exclusive posses- sion of any part of the building other than the common parts thereof; and”,
