() particulars of a series of debentures under Part II; and (ii) the appointment of a receiver or manager under section 87; and
(6) inspecting-
(i) the register of charges kept under section 83; and
(ii) any document under section 305(1); and
(c) issuing under section 305(1)—–—
(i) « certificate of incorporation; and
(D) a certified copy or extract of any other document or part of any other document,
shall be prescribed by the Governor in Council.",

Amendmenu of section 360.
A.
Section 305 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (I) and substituting the following-
"(1) Any person may, on payment of the fee prescribed under section 304(1A)---
(a) inspect the documents kept by the Registrar; or
(6) require-
(1) a certificate of the incorporation of any company; or (i) a copy or extract of any other document or part of any other docwrient, to be certified by the Registrar,".
Section 360 of the principal Ordinance is amended ja subssc-
