Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legistative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Con- Sbor Bale. solidation) (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1975.

2. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is repeated and replaced by Repeal and the following-

(a) there is a breach of any condition of an order made under section 4 in respect of premise on land which the landlord holds under a Crown lease or other tenancy from the Crown; or

(4) prior to the making by the Govemer of an order under section 4 in respect of any such premises there has been made an assignment or underlease of, or an agreement to assign or underlet, an un- divided share of or in the land together with the right to the exclusive possession, use, occupation or enjoyment of any portion of any building to be erected thereon pursuant to such arder,
