of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Short title, Church in Hong Kong Incorporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1975.
I. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by Repeal and the following sections—

The Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in Hong (Cap. 10093 Kong, and his successors in the office of Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in Hong Kong, shall be a corporation sole, hereinafter called "the corporation", and shall have the name of "The Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in Hong Kong", and in that name shall have perpetual succession, shall be capable of suing and being sucd, and shall have a common seal.
2A. (1) Subject to subsection (3), the corporation shall have the following powers—
(a) to acquire, lease, bold and enjoy any land or build-
ings on such terms as it thinks it;
