Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Ordin- Stort suk. ance 1973,
1, Section 128 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
Aukera di event of seedon 128.
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "one thousand dollars" in cach case (Cap. 155.)
where it appears and substituting in both places the following-
"$10,000"; and
(6) in subsection (2) by deleting "one thousand dollars” and substitut-
ing the following-
**$10,000**.
