An Ordinance to amend the Public Revenue Protection Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Revenue Short tide.
Protection (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and Repeal and replaced by the following-
"Provisional amendment
of revenue legislation.
If the Governor approves of the introduction into the Legislative Council of a bill or resolution whereby, if such bill or resolution were to become Law
(a)
any duty, lax, fee, rate or other item of revenue would be imposed, removed or altered; or
replacement of section 2. (Co. 120)
