1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Temporary Re- Short title striction of Building Development (Pok Fu Lam and Mid-levels) mencement. (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1974, and shall come into operation on the 1st January 1975.
2. The long title of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment deleting "Pok Fu Lam and".
