An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (3) This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic Short title (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1974,
and com-
mencement,
(2) Sections 2, 3(b) and 4 shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Fixed Penalty (64 of 1974.) (Criminal Proceedings) Ordinance 1974.
(3) Section 3(a) shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment inserting, after subsection (4), the following new subsection—
"(5) In any proceedings under any Ordinance, a certificate purporting to be signed by or on behalf of the Commissioner
of section 4. (Cap. 230.)
