An Ordinance to establish a Lands Tribunal and to provide for
matters connected therewith.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Lands Tribunal Short title Ordinance 1974, and shall come into operation on a day to be and com-
mencement. appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- Interpreta-
tion. "President" means the president of the Lands Tribunal appointed
under section 4; "qualified in law" means qualified for appointment as a District
Judge under section 5 of the District Court Ordinance; and (Cp 33697 "Tribunal" means the Lands Tribunal established under section 3.
3. There shall be a tribunal to be known as the Lands Establish- Tribunal.
