An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council Short title. (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1974.
2. Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) in subsection (1)–
(i) in paragraph (a), by deleting stituting a full stop: and
(ü) by deleting paragraph (b); and
(b) by deleting subsection (2).
