The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting in Part I, after item 10, the following new item-
(Cap. 194)
"11. Any offence against section 4, 5, 6, 7, 35 or 37 of the Dangerous Druge Ordinance.".

An Ordinance to amend the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.
2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- Amendment section (3) by-
(a) deleting "one hundred thousand" in paragraph (2) and
substituting the following-
"five million"; and
of section 4.
