An Ordinance to amend the Protection of Non-Government Certi-
ficates of Origin Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Protection of Non- Short title. Government Certificates of Origin (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in Amendment the definition of "Director" by inserting after "Industry" the of section 2. Following
"and any Deputy or Assistant Director of Commerce and Industry".
