An Ordinance to amend the Police Force Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Police Force Short title, (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
Amendment of section 3.
(a) in the definition of "gazetted police officer" by deleting (Cap. 212)
"police cadet" and substituting the following--
"superintendent":
(8) by deleting the definition of "police cadet" and sub-
stituting the following-
"police cadet" means a person undergoing train- ing at the Royal Hong Kong Police Cadet School:"; and
