An Ordinance to make provision for the pensions of certain officers transferred from the public service to the service of the Hong Kong Polytechnic.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Special Short tille Provisions) (Hong Kong Polytechnic) Ordinance 1974 and shall be and com- deemed to have had effect as from the 1st August 1972.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- Interpreta-
tion. "Hong Kong Polytechnic" means the Hong Kong Polytechnic
established under section 3 of the Hong Kong Polytechnic (CAD. 10753 Ordinance;
