Amendment
of section 15.
(ii) of any single piece of that subsidiary legisla- tion.
whether or not any such legislation has been amended during the period of twelve months ending on the preceding thirty-first day of December.".
3. Section 15 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following-
"(3) Where a new revised edition of subsidiary legislation made under or by virtue of an Ordinance is published in separate booklet under paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 13 or under paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section 14, such booklet shall be part of the Chapter of the Ordinance under or by virtue of which that subsidiary legislation is made.".

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Children's Play- Short title. ground Association (Amendment) Ordinance 1974,
2. Section of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment deleting "Children's Playground Association Ordinance" and of section 1. substituting the following-
"Hong Kong Playground Association Ordinance".
