WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony Preamble.
for the financial year ending on the 31st day of March 1975, bas been estimated at the sum of five thousand seven hundred and forty-six million, seven hundred and eighty-five thousand dollars:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation Short title, Ordinance 1974.
