An Ordinance to amend the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.
[15th February, 1974]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Short dile.
Bribery (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.
1. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- Amendment section (1) by
(a) inserting after the definition of "child" the following-
"Commissioner" means the person appointed by
the Governor to be in charge of the Independent Commission Against Corruption and includes the Deputy Commissioner:":
(b) deleting the definition of "Director":
